How To Get Positive Resourceful State of Mind

At many times we find people in unresourceful or undesired state of mind like depression worry, anxiety, fear etc, even if everything in our life is fine. A slight change in the situation or a small challenge puts us in negative state of mind.           It is necessary to break these negative states of mind as soon as possible because if these undesired states of mind persists for long, various baseless fears and worries get converted to phobias and anxiety.
