How To Get Positive Resourceful State of Mind

At many times we find people in unresourceful or undesired state of mind like depression worry, anxiety, fear etc, even if everything in our life is fine. A slight change in the situation or a small challenge puts us in negative state of mind.
          It is necessary to break these negative states of mind as soon as possible because if these undesired states of mind persists for long, various baseless fears and worries get converted to phobias and anxiety. Anxiety and phobias take the person towards heavy depression and negatively impact the life on all fronts  whether personal, professional, business, relations etc.
  To break  these undesired states of mind we have to understand how these undesired states of mind impact us. These undesired states depression etc. impact us in two ways mainly :-
i ) At body level        
ii) At mind level.
i)                    At Body Level
·         Physiology  during unresourceful state of mind:- Our body postures and movements are quiet different in various states of mind. For example our heart beat, our breathing patterns, face expressions and neck eyes movements, tonality and loudness of our voice and even our blood pressure and blood sugar, digestion process, physical fatigue all get influenced by our state of mind or emotional state, when we are in resourceful or positive state of mind at that time our heart beat is normal breathing pattern is also normal with deep breathes at that time. Our back shoulders and neck are straight during positive state of mind. Expressions of eyes and face are also normal as if we are satisfied with life. When we are in positive state of mind our body does not get tired, even after doing more work than normal routine. Our BP, Blood sugar, digestion are also better in our positive state of mind. While during negative state of mind. Our breathing pattern changes.
Either it gets very slow during depression and very fast during fear, anxiety and anger. At these times our breathes are not only fast but shorter than normal also. It is often seen that during anxiety and fear, people do not breath up to their neval point, we take shorter breathes up to their lungs only. It is even shorter up to throat only in the case of anger. During these undesired states of mind, our back, neck and shoulders are not straight and are bent downwards. In the depressed state of mind, facial expressions show worries eye movements are also less. It is also seen that patients of depression keep staring at anything for very long and their eye ball movements are nearly zero.
From the above discussion, it is clear that our body posture and movements get changed with changing our state of mind. But it is very charming and important to know researches have proved that the reverse is also true. It means that state of mind can be changed by the change in physiology i.e. our body and posture movements. It means, whenever we find ourselves in unresourceful state of mind then we should change our body posture and movements as these will be in resourceful state.
- One should keep his/her spine (back) straight and property erected shoulders and neck.
- Should breath with normal speed and deep upto neval point .
- Should make face expressions normal and balanced as if full of confidence.
- One should press his anchor points if developed through NLP technique for positive state of    
  mind .
As soon as, person gives effect to above mentioned, physiological changes to his body, same time his mind comes to resourceful state and starts giving various alternative ideas to face any untoward situation. Now the situation which created unresourceful state of mind does not seem to be so problematic. Chances of success increases. His self image gets a boost and a prson looks himself as courageous and strong minded. 
ii)                  At Mind Level
Positive or desired state of mind can be achieved through changing the mental focus and internal representation of mind.
By changing Mental Focus
Our state of mind is influenced by the things or situations we focus and the way we focus on those things and situations. Our mind can focus on only one thing or situation at a moment. As out mind changes its focus our state of mind changes.
If a person is facing a tough situation, if his focus goes on toughness of the situation along with the problems and failures associated with the situation then his state of mind may get negative with worry, fear, depression etc.
In such case, that person should shift his focus for few moments/minutes/hours as the situation permits to some other time in his life when he handled a similar or some other challenging situation successfully and smartly. It may be some tough situation in personal life, business or even in school life like passing a tough exam. It may be learning to ride cycle even. It means any situation or time in past when he successfully passed a challenge with courage and wisdom. By focusing on his success in past his state of mind gets positive and confident. When this positive state of mind is at peak then  (insert a line here)     the mind starts giving various options to solve the challenging situation which the person is facing currently. Now his mind focuses on solution of the challenge not on problems and failures associated with it.
